Michael has vast experience in the world of small business accounting. His extensive knowledge is unparalleled in the area, spanning 35 years. He is the go-to guy on the East End for business valuations and succession planning. Michael has been voted the best accountant in the Hamptons many times over by local publication, Dan's Papers. Michael served as the long-time Chief of the Montauk Fire Department. In his spare time Michael enjoys boating, small construction projects, and spending time in his home in Florida. Michael is a master with "The Jaws of Life" and competes internationally with the Montauk Fire Department's Extrication Team

Dorothy has been in public accounting for over 25 years. Growing up in the area, she ventured to Southern Florida to begin her career serving High Net Worth clients there. A few years later, she returned, bringing back with her a plethora of skills and knowledge. Dorothy is a master of getting to the bottom of complex tax issues. She is one of the premier marine tax professionals on the East End. She also has extensive experience working with teachers and police officers. When not working, Dorothy enjoys spending time tending to her garden and with her family. Dorothy is also known for baking the best cookies on this side of the Shinecock Canal.

Cathy H has been in accounting for over 30 years. She started her career as an auditor with KPMG- Peat Marwick. She spent over 10 years as Controller in the Finance Department of Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. Cathy is now one of the premier trust and estate accountants in the Hamptons. Other specialty areas include small business consulting and real estate transactions. In her free time, Cathy has served on the Sagaponack School Board and as the Audit Committee chairperson of the Greek Orthodox Church of the Hamptons.

In her spare time Virginija enjoys travelling and trying new foods. Virginija was born in Lithuania.
